Further enhancing Frankston’s reputation as a livable, lifestyle city, Frankston will become the new home of the St Kilda Football Club in 2010. The club plans to establish a $10.25 million, state-of-the-art training and administration headquarters at Frankston Park in time for the 2010 AFL season.
A key factor in St Kilda's partnership with Frankston is the development of significant community programs.
It will see the Club and Frankston Council work together to support business development and tourism initiatives, player ambassador program, as well as being involved in programs to address graffiti management and social issues such as drugs and alcohol.
